Former Rising Sun

68-69 High Street TW8 0AH Former Rising Sun pub, now Fat Boys Restaurant. Built in 18th century. Locally listed as number 68. In St Paul’s Conservation Area and in Thames Policy Area. History Licensed by 1763 as the Rising Sun. Acquired by Fuller Smith & Turner in 1908. Closed in 1959 and for some time was an antique shop and art gallery.
