Built in 19th century as stables and cottages, now part derelict and part garage.

History
The sole remaining survivors of waterfront building along the Brent that have been recognisable icons in photos and artworks from the mid-nineteenth Century. A great deal of restoration would need to be done to repair the violation of the garage lean-to.
According to evidence from the BHS Project, these cottages were thought to be inhabited by canal people and workers at the local Jam factory.
